Once upon a time there was a girl who'd never run more than a bath...
...but a couple of years ago I started running regularly and while I've had to take a break from running, I've thrown myself into strength and resistance training as of July 2015. I should say at this point that I'm just a normal person. I'm not an athlete, I have no professional experience in human physiology. But I'm a human and I know how you're feeling if you're about to embark on exercise for the first time. I know how you're feeling if you started out with great intentions, had a couple of months off and now can't get back in your groove. I also know how you're feeling if you haven't really got a scooby do what you're doing. Me either! Let's be clueless together!
Throughout my journey, I've been soaking up nutrition information to help supplement my training. I found Flexible Dieting (thank GOD, I can finally have some ice cream and cake and don't feel at all guilty about it) and as of July 2016 am qualified as a Nutrition Coach. If you're struggling to survive on minimal calories, on a weight loss journey that has stalled, or you just need somewhere to start, please do get in touch using the form below and I can tell you about the services I offer.
I hope I can help, even in some small way. And I welcome your questions and comments...
*If you're embarking on a programme of exercise for the first time, I'd suggest chatting to your GP first to ensure what you're embarking on is suitable for you.
