We all know there is more information about diet and nutrition out there now than there probably ever has been. And we get it, it's flipping confusing! One source will report it's okay to eat a certain food, before the next source says not to. All of this has left us feeling helpless and that we can do no right... but I’M truly very happy to tell you that isn't the case!

We will work together so that you're equipped with the knowledge and tools to feel empowered, and successfully be able to look past all the pseudo-science and bad nutrition marketing out there. This will mean you can go about smashing your goals safe in the knowledge that your approach is based on the latest scientific evidence, which we then overlay with your lifestyle and preferences, giving you an approach that suits you (not Sandra in the office, not Jim in the gym… YOU).

Whether you're slightly more advanced and just want a one-off consultation, or you're after longer term coaching, I’m happy to be on hand at key points along your journey to help you learn and expand your awareness of the basic principles of nutrition (and training) in order to change your physique, optimise your health, improve your relationship or outlook on food... Whatever your goals, we will together set a journey up that will work for you and work closely with you to coach you through the process.
