“Historically I was always mindful of what I ate and exercised regularly, but two years ago I started a new job that involves a long commute and lots of international travel. The change in routine had a knock on effect on my diet and fitness, and before I knew it I had gained weight, was struggling to get to the gym and felt I had no time or headspace to look after myself. I was stuck in a downward spiral that was really depressing me, but one day following a heart to heart with a friend, I decided to do something proactive about it and sought Victoria’s guidance.
With her help and expertise I’ve lost over a stone and dropped a dress size (back to the size I used to be!) Perhaps most importantly, I have more energy and this has given me the motivation to fit in the gym around my work commitments. My figure has also changed for the better - whereas I was slim in my twenties, I am now lean and strong as a direct result of how I am fuelling my body.
I’m not a believer in fad diets and ‘quick fixes’ which only work in the short term... and that is not what you will get from Victoria. Everything she has taught me is logical, accessible and sustainable. Prepare yourself for all those dieting myths you’ve clung to for years to be dispelled (newsflash: carbs aren’t the devil!) She will help you to find a process that works for you and crucially, which allows you to still enjoy the foods and drinks that you love.
