“I haven't felt this good in such a long time.
My weight has been such a constant issue for me for such a long time and I have really struggled with trying to love the skin I'm in and then I realised I had to be happy and to do that I wanted to lose some weight. After all my working out with my PT my fitness levels were massively improving but I was kidding myself thinking that my diet was good enough.
Then the universe must have known what I was thinking because then you see Faye’s post about Nu Day Nutrition looking for Guinea pigs for a 6 week personalised plan and I jumped at the chance. Now i have done all the fad diets under the sun and I'm under no illusion that they work or last so I was willing to try something different. I went in with this whole hearted and I loved the process it was such an eye opener for me and having Faye there every step of the way was so reassuring. No question was too silly and she was my biggest fan the whole way through.
The biggest things to take away is even when you think you are eating healthy and not seeing results you probably aren't eating the right foods. All it really takes is exercise and healthy eating and you really can live off much smaller portions than you think. The 6 weeks I have lost just over a stone, lots of cms, dropped a dress size and gained so much confidence 😊
